项目发起人在公司治理和项目治理的组织架构中处于中间位置,连接着组织最高领导层和项目实施管理层。其具体角色和行为方式直接影响项目的执行情况,对项目能否成功、能否最大程度地满足企业战略发展需要具有重要作用。通过实证研究,分析总结了项目发起人在不同情境下的角色和有效行为模式,构建了项目发起人角色的二维情境模型。研究结果具有理论和应用价值。
The project sponsor is in the middle of the corporate governance and project governance organizational structure, connecting the organization’s top leadership and project implementation management. Its specific role and behavior directly affect the implementation of the project, the success of the project, the ability to meet the needs of the strategic development of enterprises to play an important role. Through empirical research, this paper analyzes and summarizes the project promoters’ role and effective behavior in different situations and constructs a two-dimensional situation model of project sponsor’s role. The research results have theoretical and applied value.
