针对瓦斯含量快速测定的问题,通过在实验室测定煤的特征参数,研究煤体的解吸特征;利用实测煤的前30 min的解吸量及解吸规律,通过理论推导及多元线性回归,研究和确定了煤样前120 min的可解吸瓦斯含量和煤解吸120 min后的残存量,由此建立煤层瓦斯含量快速测定的模型,并对新模型进行验证,准确率达到85%以上,若制造出相关电子设备,此种方法能在40 min内给出结果,从而实现了在瓦斯带内煤层瓦斯含量的快速测定。
Aiming at the problem of rapid determination of gas content, the desorption characteristics of coal were studied by measuring the characteristic parameters of coal in the laboratory. Using theoretical deduction and multiple linear regression to study and determine the desorption and desorption laws of the first 30 min of coal, The desorption gas content of 120 min before coal sample and the residual content after 120 min of coal desorption were used to establish a model for rapid determination of gas content in coal seam.
