目的了解纺织行业噪声危害状况,动态观察纺织女工听力损伤情况,做好纺织女工的职业健康监护。方法对保定市某纺织厂三年的职业性噪声作业体检资料中筛选整理,筛出136名同一年进厂,工作岗位相对固定、年龄为19～29岁之间的噪声作业工人作为观察对象,对受检者每年进行职业性噪声作业体检,连续三年追踪观察她们听力损伤情况的动态变化。结果听力损伤第一年检出率为8.8%,第二年检出率为12.5%,第三年检出率为18.4%。听力损伤检出率呈逐年上升趋势,三年的听力损伤检出率的差异有统计学意义。结论纺织厂挡车女工的听力损伤严重,听力损伤程度与暴露的年限呈剂量反应关系。
Objective To understand the noise hazard status of textile industry, dynamically observe the hearing impairment of textile workers and do a good job of occupational health monitoring for textile women workers. Methods A screening test was conducted on the occupational noise test data of a textile mill in Baoding City for three years. Thirty-six noise-exposed workers whose work positions were relatively fixed and aged between 19 and 29 were screened out as objects of observation. Subjects were tested for occupational noise every year for three consecutive years to observe the dynamic changes of their hearing impairment. Results The first year hearing loss rate was 8.8%, the second year 12.5% and the third year 18.4%. The detection rate of hearing loss showed an upward trend year by year, and the difference of hearing loss detection rate in three years was statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: The hearing workers in the textile factory blocked the car and suffered serious hearing impairment. The degree of hearing loss and the exposure period were dose-response relationship.
