文化治理既是当下中国语境中的现实规划与愿景,又有其深广的学理背景:福柯、托尼·本尼特等西方学者探究治理问题,并将其与文化视野相关联,中文世界的学者则在此基础上将“文化治理”建构为一个关键概念。从本尼特分析的博物馆运作机制中可以进一步阐发出“示范”与“规范”这两种文化治理的理论路径,两者都强调治理对象作为主体的能动性,应当并举。博物馆等公共文化机构则是文化治理实践的机构主体,它们通过微观物质机制对人的精神世界产生影响,应当受到充分的重视。文化治理问题是文化领域深化改革的实践探索与理论总结中都应聚焦的对象。
Cultural governance is not only the realistic planning and vision of contemporary Chinese context, but also has its profound academic background: Western scholars such as Foucault and Tony Bennet explore the issue of governance and relate it to cultural perspectives, whereas those in the Chinese world On this basis, “cultural governance” is constructed as a key concept. From Bennett’s analysis of the operation mechanism of the museum, we can further elucidate the theoretical path of cultural governance such as “model” and “standard”, both of which emphasize the initiative of the object of governance as the subject and should be combined with each other. Public cultural institutions such as museums are the main bodies of cultural governance practice. They should exert sufficient attention by influencing the spiritual world through micro-material mechanisms. The issue of cultural governance is the object of intensive exploration in the deepening reform of the cultural field and the conclusion of the theory.
