经济的发展极大地促进了建筑行业的发展,建筑招投标管理是通过项目工程招标和投标的方式,实施对项目的管理。工程招投标工作是建筑工程建设的前提,它的管理水平直接影响到整个建筑工程的质量。目前,建筑工程招投标管理存在不少问题,它严重影响了招投标管理公开、公正。因此,必须加强对建筑工程招投标管理。本文主要分析了招投标管理存在的问题,以及优化建筑工程招投标管理的策略,希望促进我国建筑工程招投标管理水平的提升。
Economic development has greatly promoted the development of the construction industry. Construction bidding management is the implementation of the project management through the bidding and bidding of project engineering. Project bidding is the prerequisite for the construction of construction projects, its management level directly affects the quality of the entire construction project. At present, there are many problems in bidding management of construction projects, which seriously affects the openness and fairness of bidding management. Therefore, we must strengthen the construction project bidding management. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems of bidding and tendering management and the tactics of optimizing bidding management of construction projects, hoping to promote the improvement of bidding management of construction projects in our country.
