茶树是叶用作物,其品质就绿茶而言与全氮、氨基酸含量呈正相关。所以,在茶叶生产中氮素的施用是非常重要的。茶树的生育期,地上部分在3月下旬到11月上旬,地下部分大约在2月下旬到11月下旬。目前对茶树氮肥的施用,采取每年四次。即秋肥、春肥、夏肥Ⅰ(二茶前)、夏肥Ⅱ(三茶前)。各自施用的分配比率是30%,30%,20%,20%。这是根据年内茶树对养分的吸收,计算出在不同季节对养分的吸收量来制定的。但是,关于这种施肥方法及各次的施肥效果都没有进行过研究。仍然不明确。
