在现代企业管理当中,企业的财务管理和绩效管理是企业发展的两个重要部分。要让企业得到快速发展,就必须要将财务和绩效管理进行有机结合,从而提升企业经营效率。在组织战略基础上,财务管理与绩效管理有着非常密切的关系,本文主要对企业财务管理在绩效管理当中的功能性进行研究,并为现代企业管理提出几点合理的要求。
Among the modern enterprise management, the financial management and performance management of enterprises are two important parts of the enterprise development. For the rapid development of the enterprise, it is necessary to organically integrate the finance and performance management so as to enhance the efficiency of the enterprise operation. On the basis of organizational strategy, financial management and performance management have very close relationship. This paper mainly studies the function of corporate financial management in performance management and puts forward some reasonable requirements for modern enterprise management.
