我厂常压装置自1985年配减压系统后,减顶油气采用湿式宅气冷却器冷却。但是该系统投用以来,减顶1~#、2~#风机联组皮带失效造成过早报废,成了长期没有解决的问题。为此,我们对减顶1~#、2~#风机联组皮带失效原因进行了如下分析,并采取了相应措施。用专用测量塞规检查带轮,发现小轮槽深度不够,从而使原有的V带传动变成了平皮带传动(靠V带底部摩擦传动),在这种情况下,联组皮带的摩擦力下降,V带打滑,带轮温度升高(约80~90℃),V带拉伸,帘布层损坏脱落,V带顶部损坏,最后铰断报废。
