研究4种大孔吸附树脂对桑黄黄酮类物质的吸附和解吸特性,筛选出吸附解吸率较高且耗时较短的树脂DM-301,并对其静态和动态的吸附解吸特性做了研究。优化出的最佳工艺参数为上样流速2 mL/min;在上样浓度为0.87 mg/mL的条件下,上样体积为7.5 BV(柱床体积);洗脱剂80%乙醇;洗脱速度5 mL/min;洗脱体积3倍柱床体积,上样液pH为自然pH(3.65);柱温为室温。
The adsorption and desorption properties of four macroporous resins on Phellin flavonoids were studied, and the resin DM-301 with higher desorption and desorption rate was screened, and its static and dynamic adsorption and desorption properties were studied .
