建立了窑长为90m的氧化铝熟料回转窑的传热传质数学模型.采用化学动力学方法研究了烧结反应吸、放热对窑内温度分布的影响,提出了氧化铝与碳酸钠的反应为窑内熟料烧结反应结束的标志.结果表明,熟料反应约在距离窑头85 m处完全结束,各反应速率随温度的升高而增大,喷煤量的增加对预热、烧结带的影响大于其他各带区.
The mathematical model of heat and mass transfer was established for the alumina clinker rotary kiln with a kiln length of 90m.The effects of the suctions and exotherms of the sintering reaction on the temperature distribution in the kiln were studied by means of chemical kinetics and the effects of alumina and sodium carbonate The reaction is the sign of the conclusion of the sintering reaction in the kiln clinker.The results show that the clinker reaction is completed completely at about 85 m away from the kiln head and the reaction rate increases with the increase of temperature.The increase of coal- The impact of sintering zone is greater than the other zones.
