中缅油气管道工程沿线地震地质背景复杂,区域内历史上曾发生多次强烈地震;管道近场涉及全新世活动断裂18条,其中有5条与管道相交。为了确保工程的运行安全,减少地震威胁和避免次生灾害的发生,中缅油气管道工程在云南境内,根据地震活动特征,结合云南省内已有的地震台网的分布情况,设置了可实时监测地震活动情况的地震监测系统。介绍了中缅油气管道地震监测系统的设计原则、设计方案及系统建成后可以实现的功能,以期为管道的安全运行和维抢修决策提供依据。
The geological background of the earthquake along the Sino-Burmese oil and gas pipeline project is complex. There have been many earthquakes in the history of the region. There are 18 active faults in the pipeline near the fault, of which 5 intersect with the pipeline. In order to ensure the safe operation of the project, reduce the earthquake threat and avoid the occurrence of secondary disasters, the China-Myanmar oil and gas pipeline project in Yunnan Province, according to the characteristics of seismic activity, combined with the distribution of existing seismological stations in Yunnan Province, Earthquake Monitoring System to Monitor Earthquake Activity. The design principles, design schemes and functions that can be achieved after the completion of the system are introduced in this paper. The purpose of this paper is to provide the basis for the safe operation and maintenance decision of pipeline in China and Myanmar.
