用罗汉果7个雌性品系为母本,分别用6个雄性品系的花粉和1个混合花粉授粉,用所获49个组合为试验材料,经测定和统计发现花粉直感对罗汉果品质有较大影响。7个雌性品系中有5个在甜苷Ⅴ、总糖和水浸出物含量3项指标上存在花粉直感效应,在同一雌性品系组合中的最大变幅分别为21.05%、38.37%和20.97%。雌性品系在花粉直感上存在品种特异性,反映在不同雌性品系的甜苷Ⅴ、总糖和水浸出物含量发生变化的指标和强弱不同,通过雌、雄品系的组配改善果实品质有很大潜力。同一雄性品系对不同雌性品系授粉,未发现一致的正向或负向花粉直感效应。花粉直感在果实形态、大小、坐果率、发育期及含水量指标上差异不明显。
Seven female Luohanguo lines were used as female and pollination of six male lines and one mixed pollen respectively. 49 combinations were used as test materials. The results showed that direct sense of pollen had a significant effect on the quality of Luohanguo. Five of the seven female cultivars had a pollen-inductive effect on three indicators of glycoside Ⅴ, total sugar and water extract, with the maximum amplitude of 21.05%, 38.37% and 20.97% in the same female line. There are variety-specific pollen intimacies in female lines, which are reflected in the different indicators and strength of glycoside Ⅴ, total sugar and water extract content in different female lines, and the improvement of fruit quality through the combination of female and male lines Great potential. The same male line pollinated different female lines and found no consistent positive or negative pollen sense effect. There was no significant difference in pollen sense between fruit shape, size, fruit setting rate, developmental stage and water content.
