“一带一路”战略的实施,为我国工程企业“走出去”创造了难得的历史机遇。而随着中国工程企业走向海外,企业在经营过程中不得不面对海外陌生而复杂的经营环境,因此对工程技术人才的要求也将越来越高。通过调研天津大学工程管理专业培养模式,反思普通高校工程管理人才培养存在的问题,并提出相应措施,培养符合国际工程项目管理要求的人才,以期帮助学生抓住“一带一路”战略的实施获得更多的机会。
The implementation of the strategy of “Belt and Road” has created a rare historical opportunity for China’s engineering enterprises to “go global”. As Chinese engineering enterprises move overseas, they have to face the unfamiliar and complicated business environment in the overseas operation process. Therefore, the requirements for engineering and technical personnel will also be higher and higher. By investigating the training mode of engineering management major in Tianjin University, this paper reflects on the existing problems of engineering management personnel training in universities and colleges and puts forward corresponding measures to cultivate talents in line with the requirements of international engineering project management so as to help students grasp the implementation of the “Belt and Road” strategy Get more opportunities.
