抗螟虫种质资源K1高抗稻纵卷叶螟、二化螟、三化螟,分析其F2群体发现抗虫株与非抗虫株为3∶1分离;回、复交组合的抗虫株∶非抗虫株接近1∶1。表明抗螟虫基因是由一对显性基因控制并能够稳定遗传表达。育种实践证明,可以通过常规育种方法实现抗螟虫基因的逐步有效转移,对解决水稻螟虫危害具有深远的意义。

The results showed that the resistance to stem borer gene is controlled by a pair of dominant genes and stable genetic expression. Breeding practice has proved that the gradual and effective transfer of the stem borer gene can be achieved by the conventional breeding method, which has far-reaching significance for solving the damage of the rice stem borer.
