目的探讨手工预处理在吸引头类金属管腔器械机械批量清洗中的作用,提高管腔器械清洗质量。方法将吸引头类金属管腔器械1 850根随机分为对照组和试验组,分别采用超声清洗机+全自动清洗消毒器管腔清洗架机械批量清洗和手工预处理+超声清洗机+全自动清洗消毒器管腔清洗架机械批量清洗两种方法,比较两组器械清洗质量合格率。结果对照组清洗质量合格率分别为94.89%和93.56%,试验组分别为99.79%和99.58%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对吸引头类金属管腔器械批量机械清洗前先进行手工预处理,可有效提高管腔器械清洗质量。
Objective To explore the role of manual pretreatment in attracting the first batch of metal lumen instruments in mechanical batch cleaning and improve the quality of lumen instrument cleaning. Methods A total of 1 850 root-shaped metal lumens devices were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, respectively, using ultrasonic cleaning machine + automatic cleaning sterilizer lumens cleaning rack mechanical batch cleaning and manual pretreatment + ultrasonic cleaning machine + fully automatic Cleaning and disinfection lumen cleaning machine mechanical batch cleaning two methods to compare the two sets of equipment cleaning quality pass rate. Results The passing rate of cleaning quality in the control group was 94.89% and 93.56%, respectively, and the experimental group was 99.79% and 99.58%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The manual pretreatment before attracting the first class of metal lumen devices batch mechanical cleaning can effectively improve the quality of lumen device cleaning.
