目的 :分析中药炮制在临床应用中的重要性。方法 :选择2014年1月-2016年5月作为中药炮制管理阶段,即实验阶段,通过成立专门中药炮制管理小组,对我院中药炮制工作进行管理,2012年1月-2013年12月作为中药炮制管理前阶段,即对照阶段,在两个时间段内每日抽检中药饮片炮制质量,对比抽检不合格率。结果 :实验阶段中药饮片炮制不合格率1.30%(75/5729),明显于对照阶段的9.16%(419/4574),数据差异明显,具有统计学意义,<0.05。结论 :在医疗机构中加强中药炮制的管理工作,具有非常重要的临床意义,能够强化中药饮片炮制质量,避免因中药炮制不合格造成的疗效下降,甚至产生毒副作用等不良后果的发生率,值得进一步应用及推广。
Objective: To analyze the importance of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical application. Methods: From January 2014 to May 2016, it was selected as the preparation and management phase of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In the experimental phase, the establishment of specialized TCM preparation and management groups was conducted to manage the processing of TCM in our hospital.
