目的 观察低能量氦氖激光血管内照射(ILIB)对 2型糖尿病患者红细胞变形能力(RBCD)和Na+-K+-ATP酶的影响。方法98例糖尿病患者应用 ILIB治疗,每日1次,每次60min,检测治疗前后 RBCD和红细胞 Na+- K+- ATP酶活性。结果 2型糖尿病患者 RBCD及红细胞 Na+- K+- ATP酶的活性较正常对照组均明显减低,而各糖尿病组经激光治疗10d后,其RBCD及Na+-K+-ATP酶活性较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论ILIB可提高2型糖尿病患者RBCD及红细胞Na+-K+-ATP酶活性。
Objective To investigate the effects of low energy He-Ne laser intravascular irradiation (ILIB) on erythrocyte deformability (RBCD) and Na + -K + -ATPase in type 2 diabetic patients. Methods Ninety - eight diabetic patients were treated with ILIB once a day for 60 minutes. The activities of RBCD and erythrocyte Na + - K + - ATPase were measured before and after treatment. Results The activities of RBCD and erythrocyte Na + - K + - ATPase in type 2 diabetic patients were significantly lower than those in normal control group. The activity of RBCD and Na + -K + -ATPase in diabetic patients after laser treatment for 10 days were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion ILIB can increase RBCD and erythrocyte Na + -K + -ATPase activity in type 2 diabetic patients.
