[目的 ]了解海岛居民的意外死亡特点及其规律。 [方法 ]对平潭县 1994— 1996年居民死因采用 ICD- 9编码并统计分类 ,分析意外死亡原因。 [结果 ]平潭岛居民意外死亡高居全死因的第 2位 ,高于同期或相近时期全国部分地区的位次。自杀、溺死、机动车辆事故是居民意外死亡的 3大原因 ,淹死为男性的第 1位死因 ,自杀为女性的第 1位死因。 [结论 ]意外死亡是造成该岛居民“早死”的第 1位原因 ,不满 1岁组女性的死亡率明显高于男性 ,海难是造成海岛男性青壮年意外死亡的主要原因。
[Objective] To understand the characteristics and laws of accidental death of island residents. [Methods] The causes of death of residents in Pingtan County from 1994 to 1996 were coded and classified by ICD-9 to analyze the causes of accidental death. [Results] The accidental death of Pingtan Island residents was the second highest death cause, which was higher than that in some parts of the country during the same or similar period. Suicide, sudden death, and motor vehicle accidents are three major causes of accidental death among residents. Drowning is the first cause of death for men and suicide is the first cause of death for women. [Conclusion] Accidental death was the first cause of “premature death” among the residents of the island. The mortality rate of women under the age of 1 year was significantly higher than that of men. Shipwreck is the main cause of accidental death of young men in the islands.
