目前,我国处于经济高速发展的增长期,如何确保企业能实现长期稳固发展,成为学者和企业人共同关注的命题。对人才持续的培养和激励机制更是企业未来立足和发展的关键。对员工的绩效考核和管理已被广泛纳入企业的日常工作,本文针对现有考核管理方案结合实际,提出了一些关于优化的个人方案。
At present, China is in a period of rapid economic growth and how to ensure that enterprises can achieve long-term and steady development has become a topic of common concern for scholars and business people. The continuous cultivation of talents and incentive mechanism is the key to the foothold and development of the enterprise in the future. The performance appraisal and management of staff has been widely incorporated into the daily work of the enterprise. In this paper, some personal programs about optimization are put forward in light of the existing evaluation and management programs combined with reality.
