运用生命历程理论分析了城镇化背景下的失地事件与失地青年的人际压力。结果显示:失地青年正在经历着原有生活群体、职场与家庭代际三重人际关系变迁,这些变迁给失地青年带来了新的人际关系压力;失地事件、个体发展需求及个体认知差异是失地青年人际压力感变动的基本原因;控制失地青年人际压力范围,将压力转变为失地青年融入城市的动力,可以更有效地推进新型城镇化战略。
Using the theory of life course, this paper analyzes the land-lost events and the interpersonal pressures of youths who have lost their land in urbanization. The results show that the land-lost youth is experiencing the triple interpersonal relationship changes between the original living groups, workplaces and families. These changes have brought new pressure of interpersonal relationships among the land-lost youths. Landlessness, individual development needs and individual cognitive differences are lost ground The basic reason for the change in the sense of interpersonal pressure among young people; controlling the range of interpersonal stress in young people who have lost their land and turning pressure into the driving force for landless youth to integrate into the city can promote the new type of urbanization strategy more effectively.
