本文针对日常生活中观察到的购买力较强的人群加入争购“限价房”行列这一现象,尝试用福利经济学中的“寻租行为”、“经济剩余”等原理来分析该现象对“限价房”中低收入目标人群的福利及整个社会福利所产生的影响,认为“强势群体”的介入不仅会挤占中低收入人群的福利资源,对社会福利总和也存在一定的负面影响。
This article tries to use the phenomenon of “rent-seeking behavior ”, “economic surplus ” and so on in the economics of welfare for the phenomenon that the crowd with strong purchasing power observed in daily life joins the ranks of “limit room”. Principle to analyze the impact of this phenomenon on the welfare of low-income target population and the whole social welfare in “price-controlled housing ”, and considers that the intervention of “strong group ” will not only occupy the welfare resources of low- and middle-income groups, The sum of social welfare also has some negative effects.
