4-氯苯乙酸构筑的一维铅配位聚合物的晶体结构、荧光性质和生物活性(英文)

水热条件下采用Pb(NO3)2和4-氯苯乙酸作为反应物合成出1个新的一维铅配位聚合物[Pb(4-cpa)2(H2O)]n(1)(4-Hcpa=4-氯苯乙酸),并分别用元素分析、红外光谱、差热分析、X-射线粉末衍射和X-射线单晶衍射等表征了该结构。晶体结构分析结果表明:μ3桥联的4-氯苯甲酸将铅金属离子连接成一维链结构。荧光分析表明常温固态下配合物1发射蓝色荧光,且在422 nm处的荧光寿命为5.3 ns。以除草剂-精喹禾灵为对照品,考察了配体4-Hcpa和配合物1的生物活性。 A new one-dimensional lead coordination polymer [Pb (4-cpa) 2 (H2O)] n (1) (4) was synthesized using Pb (NO3) 2 and 4-chlorophenylacetic acid as reactants under hydrothermal conditions -Hcpa = 4-chlorophenylacetic acid), and the structure was characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, differential thermal analysis, X-ray powder diffraction and X-ray single crystal diffraction, respectively. Crystal structure analysis results show that: μ3 bridged 4-chlorobenzoic acid lead metal ions into a one-dimensional chain structure. Fluorescence analysis showed that complex 1 emits blue fluorescence at room temperature and has a fluorescence lifetime of 5.3 ns at 422 nm. Using the herbicide-quizalofop-p-ethyl as reference substance, the biological activity of ligand 4-Hcpa and complex 1 was investigated.
