[目的/意义]老年人在其生命历程中积累了许多宝贵的知识(如经验、专业技能、社会关系和智慧等),如能使老年人的知识在代际之间传承下去,将能实现社会人力资本的积累延续以及年轻人力资本的开发,从而实现我国第一次人口红利与第二次人口红利的较好过渡,最终实现社会、经济的可持续发展。因此本文试图对老年人代际知识转移意愿的影响因素进行初步分析。[方法/过程]以济南市老年人为调查对象,回收了286份有效样本(年龄均在60岁以上)。通过多元线性回归分析,构建了一个老年人代际知识转移意愿的影响因素模型。[结果/结论]教育背景、老年人感知的(自己)知识有用性和感知(代际知识转移)收获对老年人代际知识转移意愿具有直接积极影响;身体条件除对老年人代际知识转移意愿有直接的消极影响外,还会通过老年人感知知识有用性的中介,消极影响老年人代际知识转移意愿;通过老年人感知收获的中介,上网频率会积极影响老年人代际知识转移意愿;通过老年人感知知识有用性和感知收获的中介,年轻人感知(老年人)知识有用性会积极影响老年人代际知识转移意愿。
[Purpose / Significance] The elderly accumulate many valuable knowledge (such as experience, professional skills, social relations and wisdom, etc.) in the course of their lives. If the elderly can carry on their knowledge from generation to generation, they will achieve The accumulation of social human capital and the development of young human capital in order to achieve the better transition between the first demographic dividend and the second demographic dividend in our country and finally achieve the sustainable social and economic development. Therefore, this paper tries to make a preliminary analysis of the influential factors of the intergenerational knowledge transfer intention of the elderly. [Methods / Procedures] A total of 286 valid samples (aged over 60) were collected from the elderly in Jinan City. By multivariate linear regression analysis, a model of influencing factors of intergenerational knowledge transfer will be constructed. [Results / Conclusion] Education background, perception of the senses of the elderly (usefulness and perception of knowledge) (transfer of intergenerational knowledge) has a direct and positive impact on the intergenerational knowledge transfer intention of the aged; in addition to the inter-generational transfer of knowledge Will have a direct negative impact, but also through the senses of the perceived usefulness of knowledge intermediaries, the negative impact on the intergenerational transfer of knowledge among older people; access through the seniors intermediary, Internet access frequency will have a positive impact on intergenerational knowledge transfer will ; The senses of the senses of the young (seniors) usefulness of the seniors will positively influence the wishes of the seniors in intergenerational knowledge transfer through the seniors’ perception of the usefulness of the knowledge and the gain of the senses.
