目的通过了解被帮扶地区临床合理用药工作的现状及存在问题,分析其影响因素,加强规范管理,提高农村医疗服务质量。方法采用抽样调查、现场访视、座谈会、个别访谈等方法进行调查;并针对性进行整改。结果受援单位逐步建立健全了一整套切实可行的药品管理系统,减少了不合理用药的发生。结论加强被帮扶地区医疗卫生机构的用药管理,对提高被帮扶地区医疗卫生服务质量有积极的促进作用。
Objective To understand the current status and existing problems of clinically rational drug use in the assisted areas, analyze the influencing factors, strengthen the standard management and improve the quality of rural medical services. Methods Sampling survey, site visit, seminars, individual interviews and other methods to investigate; and targeted rectification. Results Aid units gradually establish and improve a set of practical drug management system, reducing the incidence of irrational use of drugs. Conclusion Strengthening the administration of medication in the medical and health institutions in the areas to be helped has a positive effect on improving the quality of medical and health services in the areas to be helped.
