我国是皮鞋生产和消费大国,鞋的质量关系到亿万消费者的切身利益。但是,多年以来皮鞋产品质量的投诉在各级消费者协会的统计中居高不下。为此,国家技术监督局组织国家鞋类质量监督检验中心对北京、上海、温州等地生产及流通领域企业的胶粘皮鞋产品质量进了国家监督抽查。在本次抽查的101家企业的102种产品中,合格60种,合格率58.8％,其中大型生产企业的产品抽样合格率为100％,中型生产企业为69.2％,小型企业仅有46.9％。在流通领域中,批发市场的产品抽样合格率最低,为44.4％。
China is a big country in the production and consumption of leather shoes. The quality of shoes relates to the immediate interests of millions of consumers. However, complaints about the quality of leather footwear products have been high in the statistics of consumer associations at all levels for many years. To this end, the State Bureau of Technical Supervision organized the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Footwear to carry out national supervision and spot checks on the quality of adhesive and shoe products of enterprises in the production and distribution sectors in Beijing, Shanghai, and Wenzhou. Of the 102 products in the 101 companies that were spot checked, 60 were qualified and the qualification rate was 58.8%. Among them, the sampling rate of large-scale production enterprises was 100%, that of medium-sized manufacturing enterprises was 69.2%, and that of small-scale enterprises was only 46.9%. In the circulation field, the lowest sampling rate of products in the wholesale market was 44.4%.
