【Objective】 To understand the behavioral characteristics of children with unintentional injuries in order to find out their high-risk behaviors and to explore new patterns of behavioral interventions to prevent accidental injuries and provide the basis for government decision-making. 【Methods】 A total of 50 cases of accidental injury (injury group) and normal healthy children (control group) were enrolled in this study. The self-made pre-school children’s accidental injury questionnaire, children’s activity level assessment scale and family occasion questionnaire were used to evaluate. 【Results】 The activity of injury group was significantly higher than that of control group (t = 2.160, P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the total number of questionnaires and family occasions scores (P> 0.05). 【Conclusion】 The level of activity in the injury group is higher and tends to be more active.
