自动故障诊断和健康管理已成为地面雷达的重要功能,高质量的测试性设计是实现该功能的基础。地面雷达测试性设计包括系统、分系统和模块三个层级的测试性设计。针对地面雷达的系统级测试性需求,提出了系统级测试性设计流程、系统机内测试的设计方法和中央测试系统的设计方法,介绍了新型数字阵雷达的系统功能测试和故障隔离方案。提出的设计方法对于提高地面雷达测试性设计质量具有较大的指导作用。
Automatic fault diagnosis and health management have become important features of terrestrial radars and high-quality, test-based designs form the basis of this capability. Ground-based radar test designs include system-level, subsystem-level, and module-level test designs. Aiming at system-level testing requirements of ground-based radar, a system-level test design flow, a system-in-machine test design method and a central test system design method are presented. The system function test and fault isolation scheme of the new digital array radar are introduced. The proposed design method has great guiding significance for improving the test design quality of ground-based radar.
