目的 探讨栓线法大鼠局灶性脑缺血动物模型的使用价值。方法 采用颈内动脉栓线阻塞大脑中动脉制备脑梗塞模型 ,并观察了局灶性脑缺血后脑组织的多种改变。结果 栓线前端经多聚赖氨酸处理后 ,经大鼠颈内动脉插入 ,栓塞大脑中动脉 ,成功率达 90 % ,模型规定的各项指标符合临床脑梗塞的病理生理过程。结论 该方法简便易行 ,对动物损伤小 ,重复性好 ,可为脑缺血发病机制研究及临床脑中风的治疗研究提供一种有效手段。
Objective To investigate the value of the animal model of focal cerebral ischemia in rat model of suppository. Methods Cerebral infarction was occluded by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery using the plug of the internal carotid artery. Various changes of the brain tissue after focal cerebral ischemia were observed. Results The front of the plug was treated with polylysine and inserted into the internal carotid artery in rats. The success rate was 90% after embolization of the middle cerebral artery. All the indexes in the model accorded with the pathophysiological process of clinical cerebral infarction. Conclusion The method is simple and easy to operate. It is less harmful to animal and has good repeatability. It can provide an effective method for studying the pathogenesis of cerebral ischemia and the treatment of clinical cerebral apoplexy.
