中国国际私法研究会于1993年12月7日至12日在深圳市中级人民法院和深圳大学召开了年会,来自全国各地的专家学者60余人参加了会议。会议就社会主义市场经济条件下国际私法的进一步发展和完善问题,尤其是我国现行立法的完善问题,展开了热烈的讨论。 与会者认为,改革开放以来,我国的国际私法立法取得了一定的成绩和经验。但从总体上看,它是在计划经济体制下形成的,已不能满足当前的司法实践,更不适应建立社会主义市场经济的要求。因为,现代市场经济的内在要求是效益、公平和自由,而我国现行的国际
China Society of Private International Law held its annual conference in Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court and Shenzhen University from December 7 to December 12, 1993. More than 60 experts and scholars from all over the country attended the conference. The meeting launched a lively discussion on the further development and improvement of private international law in the socialist market economy, especially the improvement of the current legislation in our country. Attendees said that since the reform and opening up, China’s private international law legislation has achieved some success and experience.
