笔者采用抗乙肝免疫核糖核酸加阿昔洛韦联合治疗慢性乙型肝炎40例,现将疗效观察结果报告如下:1.临床资料1.2一般资料:自1996年起选择乙型肝类病毒复制阳性(HBsAg、HBeAg,抗-HBC)持续1年以上,血清ALT高于正常1倍(赖氏法),试剂为上海科华生物有限公司提供.所有病例符合l995年病毒性肝炎防治会议制定的诊断标准.全部病人均系住院治疗.40例中男26例,女14例,平均年龄36.2岁,病史1～5年.对照组男12例,女8例,平均年龄32.5岁,病史5月～3年.分组方法为单用组,联合治疗组,对照组,共3组,每组20例进行对比观察.
I used anti-hepatitis B immune RNA plus acyclovir combined treatment of chronic hepatitis B in 40 cases, the efficacy of the results are reported as follows: 1. Clinical data 1.2 General Information: Since 1996, the choice of hepatitis B virus replication positive HBsAg, HBeAg, anti-HBC) for more than 1 year, serum ALT higher than normal 1 times (Lai’s method), the reagent was provided by Shanghai Kehua Biological Co., Ltd. All cases met the diagnostic criteria .All patients were hospitalized in 40 cases, 26 males and 14 females, mean age 36.2 years, history of 1 to 5 years.The control group of 12 males and 8 females, mean age 32.5 years, history of May to 3 Year grouping method for the single group, combination therapy group, control group, a total of 3 groups, 20 cases in each group were compared.
