[目的]观察通窍活血汤联合氟桂利嗪治疗瘀血型偏头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组24例氟桂利嗪5mg/次,2次/d,口服。治疗组24例通窍活血汤(川芎、赤芍、红花、桃仁各20g,老葱切碎3g,红枣7枚,麝香另服0.05g。头痛甚,经久不愈,加蜈蚣、地鳖虫、全蝎;久病气虚,神疲倦怠,加黄芪、太子参;久病血虚,口唇、眼睑苍白,肌肤无华,加何首乌、黄精、阿胶;兼痰湿阻滞,舌苔厚腻,加半夏、茯苓;失眠健忘,加合欢花、菖蒲、夜交藤)1剂/d,水煎400m L,早晚口服;氟桂利嗪治疗同对照组。连续治疗28d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程(28d),随访3个月,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈3例,显效13例,有效4例,无效4例,总有效率83.33%;对照组痊愈1例,显.效6例,有效4例,无效13例,总有效率45.83%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]通窍活血汤联合氟桂利嗪治疗瘀血型偏头痛,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the therapeutic effect of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with Flunarizine on migraine with blood stasis. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 48 outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence number of visiting doctor. Control group, 24 cases of flunarizine 5mg / times, 2 times / d, orally. The treatment group of 24 cases of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction (Chuanxiong, red peony, safflower, peach 20g, onion chopped 3g, jujube 7, musk another serving 0.05g .Headache very, prolonged unhealed, plus centipede, tortoise insects, all Scorpio; chronic illness Qi, God fatigue, plus Astragalus, heterophylla; long blood deficiency, lips, pale eyelids, skinless, plus Polygonum, Polygonatum, gelatin; and phlegm block, thick greasy tongue coating, Poria; insomnia forgetful, plus populus, iris, night Satsuma) 1 dose / d, decoction 400m L, sooner or later oral; flunarizine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment 28d for a course of treatment. Observed clinical symptoms, adverse reactions. Treatment of a course of treatment (28d), followed up for 3 months to determine the efficacy. [Results] In the treatment group, 3 cases were cured, 13 cases were markedly effective, 4 cases were effective, 4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 83.33%. In the control group, 1 case was cured, 6 cases were markedly effective, 4 effective and 13 ineffective. 45.83%; treatment group than the control group (P <0.01). [Conclusion] Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction combined with flunarizine in the treatment of migraine with blood stasis has satisfactory curative effect and no serious adverse reactions, which deserves promotion.
