企业文化是企业在长期生产经营过程中逐步形成的企业宗旨、企业愿景、企业理念和企业精神之总和,是一个企业的精神财富,或者说是一个企业的“软实力”。她是企业的灵魂,是企业发展必不可少的助推器。可以说,一个没有文化的企业,注定是一个没有希望的企业。国外专门研究“企业文化与经营业绩”的著作认为,企业文化是一种力量,在未来,企业文化对企业兴衰将发挥越来越重要的作用,甚至是关键的作用。企业经营管理中的企业文化的导向、凝聚和激励功能,能够起到物质利益无法取代的作用。因此,国有企业加强企业文化建设至关重要。那么,如何加强企业文化建设呢?笔者认为有以下五个途径。
