抗精浆免疫抑制物等抗生育抗体与不孕不育关系

用间接酶联免疫吸附测定法检测20对生育夫妇和28对不孕不育夫妇血清和精浆中抗精子抗体、抗精浆免疫抑制物抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体、抗卵巢抗体,结果不孕不育男性血清和精浆中抗精子抗体阳性率(分别为28%和35%)与生育组间有非常显著性差异,抗精浆免疫抑制物抗体阳性率(分别为21%和25%)与生育组间有显著性差异.不孕不育女性血清中抗精子抗体阳性率(为21%)与生育组间无显著性差异,抗精浆免疫抑制物抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体、抗卵巢抗体阳性率(分别为25%,25%,21%)与生育组间具有显著性差异.不孕和流产夫妇血清、精浆中含有1种以上抗体阳性率为78%,提示血清和精浆中抗生育抗体的产生与不孕不育有密切关系 The serum and seminal plasma antisperm antibody, anti-seminal plasma immunosuppressant antibody, anti-endometrial antibody and anti-ovarian antibody were detected in 20 pairs of reproductive couples and 28 pairs of infertile couples by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay The positive rates of anti-sperm antibodies (28% and 35%, respectively) in pregnant and infertile men’s serum and in seminal plasma were significantly different from those in reproductive subjects.
