人的一生有三分之二的时间是在室内度过的,而其中大部分时间是在家里度过的。随着住宅不断向空中发展,高层建筑越来越多,人们也越来越开始重视住宅卫生。为此,专家们从日照、采光、室内净高、微小气候及空气清度等五个方面对现代住宅提出以下卫生标准。 (一) 太阳光可以杀灭空气中的微生物,提高机体的免疫力。专家认为,为了维护人体健康和正常发育,居室日照时间每天必须在2小时以上。

As residential buildings continue to develop in the sky, there are more and more high-rise buildings, and people are beginning to pay more attention to residential hygiene. To this end, the experts put forward the following health standards for modern residences from five aspects: sunshine, lighting, indoor ceiling, microclimate and air clarity. (A) The sun can kill microorganisms in the air, improve the body’s immunity. Experts believe that, in order to maintain human health and normal development, daily sunshine room must be more than 2 hours.
