针对发热引起高压成套式开关柜内设备故障的问题,笔者设计了一种基于Zigbee技术的高压设备无线温度监测系统。系统设计成分散测量、集中监视的分层分布式结构。系统以PIC16F690低功耗单片机为控制核心,利用数字式温度传感器DS18B20实现温度的测量,并通过Zigbee无线模块进行数据的传输,实现了对多柜、多通道温度的在线监测。该监测系统具有运行功耗低、抗干扰能力强、灵敏度高、操作简单等优点,能实时监测设备温度,有效解决了高压设备,特别是开关柜在封闭式高电压、强磁场、大电流环境下温度不易监测的难题,系统在实际应用中取得良好的成效。
Aiming at the problem of equipment failure in high voltage switchgear due to fever, the author designed a wireless temperature monitoring system for high voltage equipment based on Zigbee technology. The system is designed to decentralized measurement, centralized monitoring of hierarchical distributed structure. The system uses the PIC16F690 low-power microcontroller as the control core, uses the digital temperature sensor DS18B20 to measure the temperature, and transmits the data through the Zigbee wireless module to realize the on-line temperature monitoring of multiple cabinets and multi-channels. The monitoring system has the advantages of low running power consumption, strong anti-interference ability, high sensitivity and simple operation. The monitoring system can monitor the temperature of the equipment in real time and effectively solve the problems of high voltage equipment, especially the switchgear in the closed high voltage, Under difficult temperature monitoring problems, the system has achieved good results in practical applications.
