本文研究了利用铜试剂-氯仿萃取分离干扰元素,二甲苯胺蓝Ⅱ-异戊醇萃取比色测定二氧化钨中镁的方法。试验证明,只需少量铜试剂-氯仿就能除去钨钼中的杂质元素:镍、钴、铜、铁、锰、铅、镉、铋、砷、锑、锡等。硅、钙、铝、钛、钒、钨、钼等不被或部分被铜试剂-氯仿萃取分离,但不干扰比色。本法简便,重现性、准确性较好,且不必使用氰化钾。一试剂二次蒸馏水(第二次用石英蒸馏器蒸馏)。铜试剂溶液:10%(新配制,过滤后使用); 氢氧化钠溶液:20%(优级纯,用少量镍作载体,
In this paper, the method for the determination of magnesium in tungsten dioxide by the extraction of interfering elements by copper reagent-chloroform extraction and the colorimetric extraction with xylene blue II-isoamyl alcohol were studied. Tests show that only a small amount of copper reagent - chloroform can remove impurities in tungsten and molybdenum: nickel, cobalt, copper, iron, manganese, lead, cadmium, bismuth, arsenic, antimony, tin and so on. Silicon, calcium, aluminum, titanium, vanadium, tungsten, molybdenum and the like are not extracted or partially extracted by the copper reagent-chloroform extraction but do not interfere with the colorimetric. This method is simple, reproducible, accurate and does not require the use of potassium cyanide. A reagent double distilled water (the second distillation with a quartz distiller).
