德国莱凯斯(REKERS)公司创新地开发RS 1KV成型机,它与目前世界上流行的混凝土砌块台振机栈板进出方向,完全不同。即它的栈板进出成型机方向与布料方向垂直(见图1)(本刊2011年第6期24页,曾介绍该台成型机的研发消息、基本原理和特点等)。请注意!RS 1KV成型机的机架、振动台、模具三者之间关系,创新地将机架立柱作为模具的限位和导向(见图2)。在图1和图2中,可见机架立柱与基础之间不相连,而是用“导柱”连接。
