通过文献回顾构建研究模型,进而在124个样本调查数据的统计分析基础上检验三者之间的关系。研究发现,学习目标导向通过心理安全对知识共享意愿有显著正向影响,绩效回避导向通过心理安全对知识共享意愿有显著负向影响,而绩效证明导向对心理安全、知识共享意愿没有显著影响。最后给出研究的理论意义和管理启示,并指出一些研究不足和未来的研究方向。
Through the review of the literature, a research model was constructed, and then the relationship among the three was tested on the basis of the statistical analysis of 124 sample survey data. The study found that learning goal-oriented through psychosocial security had a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing willingness, while performance-avoidance-oriented psychosocial security had a significant negative impact on knowledge sharing willingness, whereas performance-oriented proactiveness had no significant effect on psychological security and knowledge sharing intentions. Finally, the theoretical significance and management implications of the research are given, and some research problems are pointed out and future research directions are pointed out.
