中国内地现行戏剧导演人才的培养存在以下误区:教学模式虽有利于夯实写实主义戏剧的导演基本功,但遗憾的是缺少听觉元素和视觉元素的训练;教学方法重构思轻操作、重理论轻实践,不利于学生创造能力的发挥和实战能力的培养,教学内容局限在现实主义的风格流派及其作品上,而置身于丰富多彩的世界戏剧潮流之外,缺乏对经典剧目的实验和戏曲传统的认同;学科分类上,戏剧导演与影视导演混为一谈,反映了对戏剧本体认识的严重不足;教学体制上,四年的学制与批量生产的招生规模并不符合导演人才境界。凡此种种,都需要我们转变观念、拓展思维空间,方能迎来导演人才培养的美好明天。

All of these require us to change our concepts and expand our thinking space to usher in a better tomorrow for the cultivation of directors.
