在建设“一强三优”现代公司中,江苏通州市供电公司在实践中摸索出利用召开工地例会的形式作为载体,较好地实现了对该公司二基地的电力基建工程进行事前、事中、事后的全过程监察,既维护了职工参与民主管理的知情权、监督权,又有效地堵住了工程建设中的漏洞,被评为优良工程和职工满意工程,还节约资金810多万元,占概算投入1/4多。
