Д100系列柴油机气缸水套的腐蚀疲劳破损,一般是以裂纹的形式由安装孔表面最大循环应力区内形成的峰窝发展而成的,这些裂纹沿气缸母线扩展。出现这种故障,会引起柴油机冷却系统漏水,从而经常造成内燃机车临修以更换损坏了的缸套。水套是用40X号钢的筒状毛坯通过机械加工而制成。为了提高机械性能和形成最佳的金属组织,筒状毛坯事先进行整体淬火和高温回火(调质处理)。在运行条件下,水套的应力状态决定于内压力(燃油在气缸内的燃烧压力,缸套和水套温差造成的“热公盈”)。内压力会引起基本上决定水套寿命
The corrosion fatigue damage of the Д100 Series diesel cylinder water jacket is generally developed in the form of cracks formed by the peaks and valleys formed in the maximum cyclic stress area of the mounting hole surface and these cracks extend along the cylinder bus.
