本研究通过对两种类型饲料的比较,发现同传统的干烤鼠料相比,膨化过程在对饲料做熟化、膨松处理以提高适口性的同时,还兼有一定的灭菌作用;此外,膨化时短时间高温高压对饲料中不稳定养分—维生素类破坏作用弱。膨化料比干烤鼠料硬、不易破碎,浪费少。用膨化料饲喂生长、繁殖实验小鼠,也获得了同干烤鼠料相同的饲喂效果。因此认为膨化料不仅适用于实验犬、猴,也是一种较为理想的实验小鼠饲料
