现代企业制度是以一个集体为基础的现代化的企业管理制度,而集体是由个体组合产生的。因此,现代企业制度自然就包含了个人与集体的这一矛盾。一个企业只有处理好这一矛盾,才能使企业健康积极地发展,现代企业制度才能以一种高效率的状态运行。然而,在现实生活中,很多企业都不能切实有效的处理好这一矛盾。本文针对现代企业制度面临的困境进行研究,并对其解决方案进行探讨。
Modern enterprise system is based on a collective modern enterprise management system, and the collective is produced by the individual. Therefore, the modern enterprise system naturally contains this contradiction between individual and collective. Only when an enterprise deals with this contradiction in order to enable the enterprise to develop healthily and actively, can the modern enterprise system be operated in an efficient manner. However, in real life, many enterprises can not handle this contradiction effectively and effectively. This article studies the dilemma confronting the modern enterprise system and discusses its solutions.
