目的 :评估右室舒张末容积指数反映体内血容量状态的价值。方法 :采用犬主动性放血模型 ,借助快速热敏电极的肺动脉导管 ,Baxter监护仪 ,对犬进行了右室舒张末容积指数及部分压力参数测定。结果 :右室舒张末容积指数 ,在首次放血后测得值就已明显小于基础值 ,分别为 ( 48.58±9.76) ml/m2 和 ( 65.88± 8.84) ml/m2 ( P<0 .0 1 ) ,且随着放血量增加 ,两者差别更加明显。压力参数则明显滞后于体内血容量的变化 ,平均动脉压、中心静脉压及肺小动脉楔嵌压均至放血量达 3 0 %时 ,才与基础值相比出现明显差异。结论 :右室舒张末容积指数能准确及时地反映体内血容量状态 ,由压力参数来反映体内血容量状态则欠灵敏
PURPOSE: To assess the value of right ventricular end-diastolic volume index reflecting in vivo blood volume status. Methods: The right ventricular end-diastolic volume index and partial pressure parameters of dogs were determined by the dog active blond model with pulmonary artery catheter and Baxter monitor with rapid thermosensitive electrodes. Results: The right ventricular end-diastolic volume index was significantly lower than the baseline values after the first exsanguination (48.58 ± 9.76 ml / m2 and 65.88 ± 8.84 ml / m2, P <0.01) , And with the increase of blood loss, the difference between the two is more obvious. The pressure parameters lag significantly behind the change of blood volume in the body. The mean arterial pressure, central venous pressure and pulmonary arterial wedge pressure were all significantly lower than those of the baseline when the blood volume reached 30%. Conclusion: The right ventricular end-diastolic volume index can accurately and timely reflect the state of blood volume in vivo, and the pressure parameters reflect the state of blood volume in vivo is not sensitive
