调查了混苯接触及健康对照人群117名,应用外周血淋巴细胞8-羟基-2-脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG),微核(MN)作为苯遗传毒性指标,尿粘康酸(TTMA)作为苯内接触标记物,观察甲苯对苯代谢及遗传毒性的抑制作用。结果表明甲苯可抑制原TTMA的排出,还可抑制外周血淋巴细胞8-OHdG,MN的形成,未发现甲苯有诱导职业接触人群外周血淋巴细胞8-OHdG,MN形成及白细胞(WBC)下降的作用。
A total of 117 mixed benzene exposure and healthy control subjects were investigated. Peripheral blood lymphocyte 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) and micronuclei (MN) As a benzene in-vivo contact marker, observe the inhibition of benzene on benzene metabolism and genotoxicity. Toluene could inhibit the excretion of TTMA and inhibit the formation of 8-OHdG and MN in peripheral blood lymphocytes. Toluene-induced peripheral blood lymphocyte 8-OHdG, MN formation and WBC decreased effect.
