团队成员的个体优势互补是团队高效运作的必要条件,而有效识别团队胜任特征中的个体优势是实现优势互补的前提和基础。按照目标规划的思想,依据q-范数距离,从最有利于被评价者的角度确定其权重系数,提出了团队胜任特征中个体优势的识别方法,该方法是基于团队共识的指标体系和价值取向,在某一比较范围内,从最有利于成员个体的角度确定其优势特征。在此基础上,通过计算实例验证了该方法的有效性,同时对研究结果、管理启示和现实意义进行了讨论。
The complementarity of individual strengths of team members is a necessary condition for efficient operation of the team. Effective identification of individual strengths in team competence is the prerequisite and basis for achieving complementary advantages. According to the idea of target planning, according to the distance of q-norm, the weight coefficient is determined from the point of view of the most favorable to the assessor, and the method to identify the individual superiority in the team’s competency is proposed. The method is based on the index system and value of team consensus Orientation, within a certain comparison, from the most conducive to the individual point of view to determine their advantages characteristics. On this basis, the validity of this method is verified through calculation examples. At the same time, the research results, management implications and practical significance are discussed.
