以两个苦荞品种川荞3号和川荞4号为试验材料,研究不同浓度NaCl胁迫对荞麦幼苗生理特性的影响。结果表明,低浓度(50 mmol/L)NaCl胁迫下,川荞3号叶片质膜透性即显著增加,而川荞4号无显著变化,川荞4号叶片SOD活性显著高于对照,说明低盐度对川荞4号叶片SOD活性有促进作用;在高浓度(150mmol/L)NaCl胁迫下,两个苦荞品种叶片质膜透性和MDA含量均显著增加,川荞3号增加幅度较大,两个苦荞品种根系活力、叶片SOD和APX活性均显著降低,川荞3号降低幅度较大。说明川荞4号的耐盐性明显大于川荞3号。
Two buckwheat varieties Chuan-3 and Chuan-4 were used as experimental materials to study the effects of NaCl stress on the physiological characteristics of buckwheat seedlings. The results showed that under low concentration (50 mmol / L) NaCl stress, the membrane permeability of Chuan Buckwheat No.3 increased significantly, while that of Chuan Qiao No.4 showed no significant change.
