First, what is the risk of international trade? International trade refers to the circulation of goods between different countries. Because its business links are much more complex than ordinary domestic trade, and the degree of understanding between the parties involved is very limited, the business risks borne by the buyers and sellers are greater. Especially in the links of delivery, transportation, insurance, payment and receipt, the risks borne by the buyers and sellers are particularly prominent. The risks to be borne by the seller in international trade are: the risk of loss before the cargo is loaded onto the ship; under the conditions of payment of the letter of credit, due to the fact that the document does not meet the risk of the bank refusing to pay or being arbitrarily rejected by the bank; in D/P Or D/A condition, the buyer is refusing to pay the risk. In fact, the risk borne by the seller is concentrated in the risk of not receiving payment.
