左心室喷血期的输出变量是血液体积,描述该变量的方程称为“喷血期左心室容积曲线方程”。它喷出的血液是具有一定能量的,进入主动脉中,表现为压力增量,称此压力为“射流压力”。左心室舒张期的状态变量是室内压力,称为左室舒张期压力,在主动脉瓣关团之前,左心室产生的压力降,对主动脉是一个负向的输入压力波。本文介绍通过活体动物实验建立上述曲线方程的概况。
