国家工商行政管理总局于9月2日发布了《食品市场巡查监管制度》。根据此项制度,工商机关将突出主体资格、经销食品、包装标识、商标广告和装潢、市场开办者责任、经营者自律情况等六项重点加强食品市场巡查。
State Administration for Industry and Commerce released the “Food Market Inspection Supervision System” on September 2. Under this system, the AICs will focus on six key inspections in the food market focusing on their main qualifications, distribution of food products, packaging labels, trademark advertisement and decoration, market operators’ responsibilities and self-regulation by operators.
